AILET 2019 Answer Key and Question Papers released for B.A LL.B and Ph, D


National Law University (NLU), Delhi released the Question Booklet and their respective Answer Key on the Morning of 8th May 2019. The Examination was held on 5th May 2019 from 10:00 a.m to 11:30 a.m and for admission to the following programmes offered by the University for the academic year 2019-20:-
  • B.A.LL.B (Hons.) Programme
  • LL.M. Programme
  • Ph.D. Programme.

How to Download AILET 2019 Answer Key?

  1. Go to the Official Website of National Law University https://nludelhi.ac.in/home.aspx
  2. After That Find Notification Section and Click "AILET 2019 Question Booklet and Answer Key"
  3. Select the Question Booklet/Answer Key that you want to download.
  4. Download the Question Booklet/Answer Key.
  5. After Download the Question Booklet/Answer Key and Cross check your answers.
Question Booklets with Provisional Answer Keys have been uploaded on links given below. Candidates who appeared in AILET 2019 are requested to go through the AILET 2019 Provisional Answer Keys and Suggestions /Grievances regarding Answer Key.

If any Suggestions /Grievances sent to the University at email address admission@nludelhi.ac.in
latest by 5:00 P.M. on 11th May 2019 and mentioned the name of the programme and Serial. No. of the Question. 

University will examine such Suggestions /Grievances received after 5:00 P.M. on 11th May 2019

CLAT 2025 : Delhi High Court Finds Two Answers 'Demonstrably Wrong', Directs To Revise Results Of Petitioner

The Delhi High Court has ruled that courts shouldn't take a completely hands-off approach when it comes to correcting errors in answer keys, especially when those errors are clearly wrong. Justice Jyoti Singh emphasized that courts have the power to review and challenge answer keys, even if expert opinions are involved. In a recent case, a candidate challenged the final answer key for the CLAT-UG 2025 exam, specifically questioning five answers. The court found errors in two of those questions and decided that ignoring those mistakes would be unfair to the candidate and potentially affect other candidates' results. As a result, the court ordered that the candidate's result be revised to award marks for one of the incorrectly answered questions. Additionally, the court excluded another question from the exam, as recommended by an expert committee.
