NATIONAL LAW SCHOOL OF INDIA UNIVERSITY – NLU BENGALURU – 3 YEAR – LLB (EXAM PATTERN)

MAXIMUM MARKS – 150      [(WRITTEN – 140 MARKS) + (INTERVIEW – 10 MARKS)]

 WRITTEN (140 MARKS) 

PART A – 75 MARKS (MCQ BASED) 
• ENGLISH COMPREHENSION – 25 MARKS
• CURRENT AFFAIRS – 25 MARKS 
• REASONING (LOGICAL & LEGAL) – 25 MARKS 

NOTE – If the candidate qualifies PART A, then only PART B will be checked. Marks of PART A will not be calculated for MERIT LIST 

PART B – 65 MARKS (WRITTEN) – ARTICLE WRITING 
• LEGAL (50 MARKS) - 10 QUESTIONS OF 5 MARKS EACH (WORD LIMIT WILL BE ACCORDING TO QUESTION) 
• CURRENT AFFAIRS (15 MARKS) – 1 QUESTION OF 15 MARKS (500 WORD ARTICLE)

Note – MARKS OF PART B WILL BE CALCULATED FOR MERIT LIST & FOR INTERVIEW SELECTION PURPOSE

GENERAL INTERVIEW ON ANY TOPIC 
NOTE – GENERAL INTRODUCTION + CURRENT AFFAIRS BASED
